Double Jump Box Drills

I have to admit I had never given a name to the “Push Through” maneuver. To me it was a Jump Wrap Jump Wrap Handling TipsJump Wrap Handling - With VideoJump Wrap/Wrap followed by a Push over the next obstacle. But this naming is more descriptive and it’s symmetry with the Pull Through is also appealing.
